Why Conforme

Practicing, not retired

I am responsible for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 plus 30 corporate directives at a US manufacturer today — and answered the auditor's questions last quarter.

Bilingual documentation, built once

Work instructions, procedures and forms in English, Spanish, or both. Written that way from the start — not translated afterward.

Fixed price, fixed scope

You know the number before we start. If the budget is tight we reduce scope, never quality.

The assessment pays for itself

Your Gap Assessment fee is credited 100% against the full engagement when you sign within 30 days.

ISO 9001:2015 does not require translation. It requires understanding. Clause 7.2 competence · 7.3 awareness · 7.5.3 documented information “available and suitable for use, where and when it is needed.” When an auditor asks a Spanish-speaking operator to explain an English-only work instruction and gets no answer, that is a nonconformity — against your certificate, not against the translator.

Packages

Prices by company size: 5–15 employees at the lower figure, 16–50 at the higher. Launch pricing.

Who you work with

Enrique RodriguezISO 9001 Readiness Consultant · Conforme Quality Systems

I am responsible for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 — plus 30 corporate directives — at a US manufacturing plant. Nonconformance and corrective action, calibration, customer complaints, internal audits, management review, the certification auditor's questions: that is my week, not a memory.

Conforme exists for the small shop that just got asked for ISO 9001 by a customer and has no full-time quality manager. You get the same system I run, sized to 5–50 people, in the language your floor actually speaks.

Straight answers

Does remote really work for a shop floor?

Yes. You walk the floor with your phone on a video call while I ask the questions an auditor would ask. Documents are reviewed in a shared workspace. If you want me on site, the On-Site Day is a priced add-on — never a requirement.

How long until we can book the certification audit?

Plan on about three months for Certification-Ready. The hard floor is eight weeks: ISO 9001 requires a real internal-audit and management-review cycle, and I will not fake one.

Our floor speaks Spanish. Is that a problem?

It is the reason Conforme exists. Every document you receive is written in English, Spanish, or both — once, by a quality professional, so an auditor can ask any operator to explain the instruction at his station and get an answer.

We already have some documents.

Good — the Gap Assessment scores what you have against every clause, and Certification-Ready builds on it. You pay for the gap, not for what already works.

Do you issue the certificate?

No. Certification is granted only by an accredited certification body. I get you ready for their audit and help you choose one.
